dun even noe whether if ms teo comin to give us remedial or not...

i got 11.4 for shuttle run which is so disappointing..i last year was so much better than this....i got 10.6 for last year...ok lets not reminisce.

then i got 33 for sit up?
i too lazy to continue and teacher also say if i reach A then i can stop as i like. which i did
then incline pull also stop at A cos mustn waste energy i did 22?? i cant rmb
then my sit and reach did an amazin 44?? which i didnt manage to last year.
then the most disheartening standing broad jump...the teacher didnt tell me tad i was stepping on the line.then when i jump i got like at least 165 ...AT LEAST.
so is a FAULT
and she took the lousy 161.
ARHHH
but luckily it is not a D
so i got a gold...did i miss out any component??
